Board Members

The Members of Cavan County Enterprise Board represent a partnership between local business and voluntary groups, the social partners (including business and trade union bodies), the state agencies and local elected representatives. All Board directors give of their time and efforts voluntarily to achieve the aims of the Board.

The current Board of directors are:

Mr. Jimmy Stafford, Rural Development Representative (Vice-Chairman);

Mr. Jim Maguire, Farming Representative ;

Mr. Conor Fahy, Enterprise Ireland ;

Mr. Thomas Cassidy, ICTU Representative ;

Mr. Ronnie Rice, FAS, National Training Authority;

Cllr. John Paul Feeley, Local Authority Representative ;

Cllr. Peter McVitty, Local Authority Representative ;

Cllr. Niamh Smyth, Local Authority Representative ;

Cllr. David Blake, Local Authority Representative

In the evaluation of applications for financial assistance, the Board is assisted by an independent evaluation committee, representing local business, the local authority and the state sector.
