Affordable Workspace

In recognition of the need among small enterprises for affordable and flexible workspace, Cavan County Enterprise Fund has developed enterprise centre space at a number of locations throughout the County as follows:

Cavan               21,000 sq.ft

The following workspace is currently available for lease in Cavan Enterprise Centre:

1 Open Plan Office Unit @ 1500 sq ft., fully fitted unit with separate canteen facilities, may be used as a Training facility. 1 Industrial Unit @ 780 sq.ft.

Cootehill            9,000 sq.ft.

The following affordable workspace is currently available for leasing in Cootehill Enterprise Centre:

1 unit @ 2,300 sq ft., comprising of a fully fitted out food unit.

1 Industrial unit @ €1,937 sq ft., which includes a partial office fit out.

1 Industrial unit @ €1,550 sq ft.

 

Blacklion            7,800 sq.ft.

The following workspace is currently available in Blacklion Enterprise Centre:

2 units @ 2189 sq ft each

1 unit @ 866 sq ft

 

Killeshandra       7,000 sq.ft.

The above unit in Killeshandra is currently available for lease
